PAYMENT

Payment can be made on our secure website by either Visa, Master Card, Delta, Solo, Switch or Amex.

PRICES

All prices on our website are in £'s sterling and inclusive of 20 % VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All prices on our website include FREE postage or carriage to most parts of England, Scotland and Wales where the order total is over £85. However, there are certain post codes that incur a surcharge - see SHIPPING. For orders outside the United Kingdom, please contact our Sales Team for delivery options and costs.

AVAILABILITY

Whilst every effort is made to maintain stocks of all items listed, there may be occasions when an item is temporarily out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.

DAMAGED GOODS

Every effort is made to ensure all goods arrive in perfect condition. However, if you do receive any items that are damaged or appear to be faulty, the Company must be advised within 3 days of receipt. You are advised to check all items immediately even if you are not using them straightaway.

RETURNS

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return the goods in a saleable condition, i.e. unused and with manufacturers packaging intact and unopened, within 14 days from date of receipt for an exchange/refund, excluding postage/carriage charges. Please Note: Please ensure you are ordering the correct PCB as these are a non-returnable item. Please contact our Sales Office for Return information on 01926 640489. Exceptions to this are any items that have been correctly supplied and cut to your required length. Please obtain a Posting Certificate from the Post Office or Carrier when returning goods, as Banbury Trailer & Caravan Parts cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. Special order non stock items are non returnable.

GUARANTEE

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur then the item should be returned to us for inspection. Should the item prove to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced. Any carriage charged incurred will then be refunded.
