Payment can be made on our secure website by either Visa, Master Card, Delta, Solo, Switch or Amex. Payment typically will not be collected until an item is within 3 days of being dispatched, unless it is a high value or special order item when a payment is taken upfront.


All prices on our website are in £'s sterling and inclusive of 20 % VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.


All prices on our website include FREE postage or carriage to most parts of England, Scotland and Wales where the order total is over £95 unless otherwise specified on the product/order page. However, there are certain post codes and products that incur a surcharge. For orders outside the United Kingdom, please contact us for delivery options and costs. We endeavour to adjust postage costs to be fair an reasonable wherever possible.

Delivery should be expected within 2-7 working days from placing your order, where parts are out of stock we will update you as such, giving expected arrival times when possible. If these don't satisfy you, please contact us to arrange for your order to be cancelled.
Your order will be updated as and when any new information is available to us.

If a collection option is chosen by the customer on any product, it will not be dispatched via courier without additional payment for these services.

You may be charged any surcharges if you fail to follow instructions for packaging for specialist services such as axle re-rubbing service.


Whilst every effort is made to update and maintain stocks of all items listed, there may be occasions when an item is temporarily out of stock or no longer available. If this occurs, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.
We do not stock all items in our warehouse, delivery of some items will be delayed while we source from our suppliers and we will notify you accordingly.
On occasion images on our website will not fully represent the item sent as styles can fluctuate with availability. Please notify us if you are specific with the item sent.


Every effort is made to ensure all goods arrive in perfect condition. However, if you do receive any items that are damaged, incorrect or appear to be faulty, the Company must be advised within three days of receipt. You are advised to check all items immediately even if you are not using them straightaway as any issues after the three day receipt will be dealt with at the managers discretion. is not liable for any damages or loss during shipping. If your order is lost or has been damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return the goods in a saleable condition, i.e. unused and with manufacturers packaging intact and unopened, within 14 days from date of receipt for an exchange/refund, excluding our postage/carriage charges.

Please contact our Sales Office via email Exceptions to this are any items that have been cut to your required length and specified electrical items. Please obtain a Posting Certificate from the Post Office or Carrier when returning goods, as Caravan Parts cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred and you may have damages deducted from any returns.

Special order non stock items, elements, control panels and all electrical items are non returnable as we strongly suggest your system is tested to be safe and working before installing in case there is an electrical fault, unless in unopened packaging, in which case any refunds are a Directors decision.

Any overseas orders returned to us as unclaimed will not be resent without repayment of the courier charges and reconfirmation of the postal address. No refund will be issued for the product until conformation/contact is made by the customer.
Any overseas order returned to us for failing customs declarations will be refunded in full, including postage.


All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur then the item should be returned to us for inspection. Should the item prove to be faulty, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Any carriage charged incurred will then also be refunded.
