A Delivery Charge of £ 5.95 is made on all orders under the value of £ 95.00 to most areas of the U.K. Mainland.
Our preferred couriers are Royal Mail and Parcel Force and we aim to use a 24-48 hour service whenever possible. In times of strike action there may be a delay to your parcel or in some circumstances we will opt for an alternative.
For all orders in excess of £ 95.00 delivery is FREE to most areas of the U.K Mainland unless otherwise specified. Liquids and large items can incurr a surcharge but collection can be made and you can chose your delivery option online.
For order under £10 there is a £4.99 low order fee.
For all orders, please allow 7 working days for delivery.
Special order items which are not listed on our website may incur an additional carriage charge. Goods despatched by courier can be left without a signature at customers request, but is purely at customers own risk. We do not accept any liability for items left without signature at customers request.
We are unable to accept liability for lost items when despatched by Standard Post instead of Tracked & Signed For.
Delivery surcharges apply in some areas of the country when orders are despatched by courier service as follows - see table below. However, small items can be despatched by post and the carriage surcharge reduced accordingly in areas that carry a surcharge.
Heavy items cannot be despatched by Standard Post:

For orders outside the UK mainland you can contact our Sales Team, who will advise of delivery options and costs. If you place an order and are outside UK mainland, no payment is taken from your card until you agree a shipping cost.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to despatch aerosols or liquids outside the UK. Alternatively, you can place your order and no payment is taken until we contact you with the shipping cost and this is agreed.
