The handle consists of a solid metal core with an ergonomically shaped 2K plastic cover (soft touch). During operation, the hand is firmly attached to the handle, the shaped end of the handle serves as a slip guard. Provides protection against scratching and shin protection.

The support foot has a maximum load bearing capacity of 1250 Kg. A slot ensures that on progressive contact with the ground, the Alko Big Foot functions independently by adapting to the lie of the land. During driving the Alko Big Foot locks against the corner steady by means of a retaining spring. It may be fitted to Standard stable-form and Premium Alko corner steadies from 2001 onwards. Dampers - If you can push the damper in without resistance or it springs back out the damper will need to be replaced. We recommend that a grease gun and cartridge are purchased when replacing to regrease the grease nipples and ensure the shaft glides smoothly.
