Reich have developed a conversion kit, which will transform your existing jockey wheel assembly to a double wheel version.  Your jockey wheel will not dig in and you can manoeuvre on any surface with ease.  The kit is easily installed to allow you to use 2 wheels or if your existing jockey wheel allows, a 3 wheel version.  Please Note:  Jockey Wheel Assembly is not supplied.  For User Manual see More Info.

  • 1. Lift your standard jockey wheel a little bit.
  • 2. Remove the cotter pin and axle.
  • 3. Install the long axle, with or without the original jockey wheel in the middle, depending on the height of the jockey wheel to the ground.
  • 4. Install the new wheels, if necessary use the washers and simple locking pin.
  • 5. The jockey wheel is ready to be used with or without the middle wheel.
